The Role
You'll carry out a variety of carpentry repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
First and second fix carpentry.
Hanging doors, fitting locks, skirting, architraves, and kitchens.
Repairing windows, fencing, flooring, and other timber structures.
Diagnosing faults and completing reactive and planned maintenance.
Working independently and managing your daily workload.
Maintaining accurate job records using a mobile device.
Delivering excellent customer service in occupied homes.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry (preferred).
Proven experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
