Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Leicester
Shift: Monday - Thursday | 2:00pm - Midnight | Fridays Off
Pay: £18 per hour + Benefits Package
We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a skilled late shift team within a high quality sheet metal fabrication environment. This is a hands on role for someone who understands fabrication processes, keeps standards high, and can keep production moving smoothly.
You’ll be supervising a late shift team made up of press brake operators, welders, and laser operators, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supervising and supporting the late shift fabrication team
* Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
* Providing technical guidance across fabrication processes
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
* Communicating clearly with management and production teams
What You’ll Need:
* Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience - essential
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, laser cutting, and press work
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* A proactive, hands on approach to leadership
