What's involved?
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section while working alongside a passionate and experienced team of chefs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
Running your section during busy service periods.
Maintaining high standards of food presentation and consistency.
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional food every service.This role is perfect for a chef who is passionate about fresh food, eager to learn, and looking to progress their career in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen.
