They’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Support Specialist to join the team and play a vital role in managing the online customer experience and ensuring their sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Process online orders, maintain stock availability updates, and provide customers with informed product alternatives after completing comprehensive training.
* Sales Support: Handle incoming sales calls and actively support the sales team in driving positive results.
* Pricing & Logistics: Track and negotiate the best possible pricing for all orders and provide feedback on website pricing or product issues.
* Administration: Maintain thorough, accurate customer records and assist the sales team by registering opportunities on bid portals.
What We Are Looking For:
* A proven background in a sales support or administrative capacity.
* Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Previous experience or familiarity with CRM software.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong relationships.
* The ability to effectively multitask, prioritize your workload, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach combined with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* natural ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
