How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Since our establishment in 2016, we have grown into a respected provider known for clinical excellence, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.

We pride ourselves on supporting our clinicians at every stage of their career. With a strong leadership team and a supportive learning culture, we are committed to helping Newly Qualified Paramedics transition successfully into autonomous practice while continuing to develop their clinical confidence and competence.

    Role Overview

This role is ideally suited for a Newly Qualified Paramedic looking to build experience across a diverse range of service environments. You will work alongside experienced multidisciplinary professionals, gaining valuable exposure to both routine and emergency care settings.

You will be responsible for accurately completing patient care records and operational documentation, while effectively communicating with patients, carers, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

In this role, you will develop your ability to recognise and respond to a patient’s wider needs, including identifying any safeguarding, social, or environmental concerns and escalating these appropriately. You will contribute to infection prevention and control by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across vehicles, equipment, and working environments. You will also be required to safely operate company vehicles in accordance with legal and organisational policies, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

You will carry out regular vehicle and equipment checks to ensure operational readiness and report any defects in line with company procedures. When working with other team members, such as Patient Transport Attendants, you will begin to take on leadership responsibilities appropriate to your level of experience, supported by senior clinicians. A key part of the role will involve actively engaging in continuous professional development (CPD), maintaining a portfolio, and working towards full clinical competence and confidence as an autonomous practitioner.

Working as part of an ambulance crew, excellent communication, caring and time management skills are a must, as you will support and care for a range of patients with different conditions, mobility and disabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Assist in stabilising patients at the scene of accidents or medical emergencies.

    * Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

    * Ensure all clinical documentation and reports are completed accurately.
