About the Role
Responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, fault-finding and installing commercial air conditioning systems across customer sites. Includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs in the Kent area.

You'll work independently and as part of a professional team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Fault finding and repairing air conditioning equipment.
* Carry out reactive maintenance, servicing, PPM and installations.
* Work on split systems, and VRV/VRF systems.
* Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
* Advise customers on repair or replacement of equipment.
* Provide information for quotations including parts, labour and equipment.
* Meet targets for Health & Safety, quality, compliance and profitability.
* Act as a technical expert within the regional team.
What We're Looking For
* F-Gas (2079) Category 1
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or time served)
* City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent
* Experience with VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers and AHUs
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to pass a DBS check
