Pay Rate: £26 per hour (CIS Basis)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a long-term civil engineering project based in NR9. This is a great opportunity for a skilled supervisor to work with a reputable contractor on an ongoing project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising earthworks operations, coordinating site activities, managing groundworks teams, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
Previous experience supervising earthworks, groundworks, or major civil engineering projects is essential.
Essential Requirements
* Gold CSCS Card / Gold Ticket
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* Detailed CV
* Proven experience as an Earthworks Supervisor
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* Ability to manage site teams and coordinate daily activities
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience working on earthworks, highways, or major civil engineering projects
* Experience supervising plant operations and groundworks activities
* Good knowledge of site documentation, permits, and quality control processes
* Strong communication and leadership skills
