We are working with a welcoming and well-resourced all-through SEND school in New Malden (KT3) that is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their exceptional team from 7th September.
The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across a specialist setting, working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff to help students access learning and achieve their full potential.
The school caters for pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Complex communication needs
Moderate to severe learning difficulties
Physical disabilities and medical needs
Sensory processing differencesYou will provide both classroom-based support and personalised interventions, helping students develop their communication, independence, social, and academic skills.
