Communication is at the heart of learning, and as a Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury, you will play a key role in developing and expanding therapy services across the Trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential.

As a Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury, you will:

Deliver specialist, evidence-based interventions for pupils with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs.
Assess, plan and implement outcome-focused therapy programmes.
Embed communication strategies across the curriculum to improve access to learning.
Work collaboratively with teachers, families and external professionals to provide a holistic approach.
Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH and complex communication needs.
Contribute to staff training and professional development, promoting a whole-school approach to communication.
Help shape and develop a growing therapy service within an award-winning Trust.We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury who has:

A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
HCPC registration.
RCSLT membership.
Experience supporting children and young people with ASC, SEMH and complex communication needs.
Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.

Competitive salary of £32,061 - £55,610 (FTE), equivalent to NHS Bands 5-7, depending on experience and qualifications.
