We Are Hiring: Skilled Carpenters
Skilled Carpenters
Bring your craftsmanship to life as you work on bespoke luxury yacht interiors. You'll create stunning features within cabins, kitchens, and bathrooms, collaborating with expert teams and working with premium materials to achieve immaculate finishes.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in carpentry/joinery, especially kitchens, bedrooms, or bathroom fit‑outs
Bench joinery experience (or similar)
A passion for precision, detail, and high‑end craftsmanship
Key Responsibilities
Joinery, furniture assembly, panel spraying, and working with CNC machinery
Working with materials including plywood, softwood, vinyl, leather, and soft furnishings
Use of company‑provided power tools (candidates must bring essential hand tools such as screwdrivers, tape measures, and levels)
The Ideal Candidate
Confident reading and interpreting 1:10 scaled technical drawings
Detail‑driven with a commitment to exceptional standards
Coachable, reliable, and motivated to continuously improve
Scribing experience highly advantageous

Shifts
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
Your Pay
£15.50-£16.53 PAYE + 30 days Holiday
£17.52-£18.69 Advance Holiday
Overtime x1.5
