How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your Responsibilities in the Role
    - Contribute to Right First-Time outcomes
    - Challenge maturity of project inputs
    - Support development project leaders
    - Define development quality plans
    - Management of risks and opportunities, leveraging APQP
    - Ensure development processes comply with internal and regulatory standards
    - Contribute to continuous improvement
    - PPAP - Production part approval process

    Your Main Tasks
    - Consolidate development project inputs early on
    - Lead APQP risk analysis - Identification of risks and opportunities related to design, industrialisation, support, and services development
    - Making the development plan consistent with the project initial maturity
    - Define project quality assurance plan
    - Identify required quality resources and skills
    - Contribute to project performance during the development phase
    - Co-engineering product design integration early in the process related to industrialisation, support, and service
    - Implement quality plans
    - Manage the APQP timeline
    - Ensure Quality of deliverables
    - Contribute to management of risks and opportunities
    - Prepare quality report for Master Engineering Reviews.
    - Implementing, validating, and qualifying resources whenever relevant (test benches, prototypes, testing means, etc.)
    - Promote Develop process and control its proper application. Conduct flash audits
    - Root causes analyses for non-quality events in Development
    - Contribute to internal and external audits on the Develop process

    About You...
    - Quality Assurance working experience
    - PPAP - Production part approval process
    - Knowledge of Aerospace Regulations and Quality norms
    - Product development experience (design, industrialisation)
    - APQP standard implementation experience
    - Project Management experience
