We are looking for a professional, personable, and well-presented Receptionist / Welcome Host to be the first point of contact in a busy, professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously
Greet and welcome visitors
Prepare refreshments for guests
Escort visitors to meeting and conference rooms
Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence at all timesWorking Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:45am - 5:00pm
37.5 hours per week
45-minute lunch break
Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour
Candidate Requirements:
Friendly, approachable, and confident manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Experience of working a switchboard
