Working closely with surveyors, contractors and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities, managing works orders, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring property-related programmes are delivered efficiently and accurately.
This is a highly organised coordination role requiring strong workflow management, data analysis and quality assurance skills. You'll be responsible for tracking works from instruction through to completion, validating records, monitoring defects and ensuring documentation is accurate and ready for financial processing.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate planned maintenance and property improvement programmes.
* Manage works orders, workflow tracking and contractor performance.
* Support quality assurance, defect management and completion sign-off processes.
* Maintain accurate records, analyse data and produce performance reports.
* Process purchase orders and validate invoices in line with financial procedures.
* Liaise proactively with contractors, surveyors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
What we're looking for
* Experience coordinating workloads, works orders or service delivery activities.
* Experience using and analysing information from databases and spreadsheets.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to proactively follow up actions and manage competing priorities.
* Experience liaising with contractors, suppliers or multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
* GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Experience within property maintenance, housing, construction, facilities management, asset management or a related operational environment would be advantageous.
