Shift Pattern: Rotating 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Experienced Twister Required – Join a Well-Established Textile Manufacturer
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a long-standing and highly respected textile manufacturer based in Leeds.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Twister to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business with an excellent reputation and long-standing history within the textile industry.
The Role
As a Twister, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring production is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating twisting machinery safely and efficiently.
* Setting up machinery and making adjustments where required.
* Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
* Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
* Working closely with the wider production team to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience working as a Twister within the textile industry.
* Experience operating textile manufacturing machinery.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* A good understanding of health and safety procedures.
