Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
⦁ Take ownership of queries from initial phone call through to successful set-up, ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and reassurance throughout
⦁ Gather and verify all relevant claim information throughout the process
⦁ Keep customers informed throughout the processes, informing them of next steps and any additional requirements
⦁ Deliver an exceptional level of customer service across all touchpoints, consistently meeting service standards and ensuring positive customer outcomes
⦁ Work closely with internal teams to ensure claims are set up and progressed as they should
Customer Service Executive Skills and Experience:
⦁ Previous experience in a customer service is essential
⦁ A customer-first approach, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding services and creating positive customer experiences
⦁ Proactive, positive, and empathetic, able to remain calm when dealing with customers
⦁ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide clear, professional guidance over the phone
⦁ Superb IT skills, comfortable using databases and CRM systems
⦁ Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately capture and record information
