Duties and tasks will include:
Maintain, improve, and manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
* Plan and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
* Manage quality documentation, compliance requirements, and quality performance metrics.
* Lead investigations into internal and external quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
* Perform inspections using shadowgraphs, gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipment.
* Develop and improve quality control processes and inspection methods.
* Support supplier quality management and customer quality requirements.
* Contribute to wider business improvement initiatives and provide support across departments as required.
* Help foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role within manufacturing or machining.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience maintaining certified quality systems.
* Experience conducting audits and managing quality documentation.
* Proficiency with standard inspection equipment and quality tools.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
