The Role
Zest Education is proud to be working with a number of well‑established mainstream primary schools across Stafford to recruit an experienced, motivated and passionate KS2 Teacher for a full‑time position starting in September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who thrives in a dynamic classroom environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning. You will take full responsibility for a KS2 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum
* Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform next steps
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* Contribute to school initiatives, events and extracurricular opportunities
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and share best practice

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
