🕕 Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
🌙 Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
💼 Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing

RGSetsquare is currently recruiting Waste Operatives to support operations at Manchester Airport.

Working as part of the waste management team, you will be responsible for the collection, movement, segregation, and disposal of waste materials across the airport estate while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and transport waste materials safely across site
Segregate and dispose of waste in line with company procedures
Maintain clean and safe working areas
Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Complete manual handling duties
Work effectively within a team to meet operational requirements

Essential Requirements

✅ Previous experience in a Waste Operative, Industrial, Recycling, Environmental Services, Warehouse, or Labouring role

✅ Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties

✅ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

✅ Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation

✅ Good understanding of health and safety procedures

✅ Basic DBS Check
