How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Manage premium customer accounts with a market-leading food business. Established portfolio, career growth and quick start available.
    We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading food business looking to appoint a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their commercial team in London.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys looking after existing customers, spotting opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional service. You'll inherit a portfolio of established accounts and play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships within a fast-paced, quality-focused business.
    The business is ideally looking for someone who can join them as soon as possible, although they're happy to wait for the right person.
    The Opportunity
    You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact while working closely with internal teams to ensure a first-class customer experience.
    This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, identifying opportunities and making a real commercial impact.
    What You'll Be Doing
    * Managing and developing a portfolio of established customer accounts
    * Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
    * Identifying opportunities to increase sales and account value
    * Working closely with operations, procurement and logistics to deliver outstanding service
    * Resolving customer queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
    * Managing forecasts, pipeline activity and achieving commercial targets
