THE ROLE
As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Service Reception while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in the development of the aftersales team.
Key responsibilities include:
·Managing service and repair bookings efficiently
·Supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the Service Reception
·Assisting with workshop loading to maximise productivity
·Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
·Promoting and upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products
·Supporting and mentoring other Service Advisors where required
·Handling customer concerns professionally to achieve positive outcomes
·Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
 
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
·Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle, or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)
·A proven track record of upselling additional products and services
·Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
·Strong organisational and time management abilities
·The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy aftersales environment
·A proactive approach with the ability to support and develop colleagues
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
