Role Summary As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and components to the required specifications and quality standards. You will work as part of a manufacturing team, ensuring products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling products and components following specifications and work instructions
* Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Checking completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
* Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or assembly issues
* Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets
* Maintaining accurate production records where required
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe

* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred)
* Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and processes
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* A positive and proactive approach to work
* Reliable, punctual, and committed
