We're recruiting Customer Service Advisers to join a growing financial services team, with a fixed August start date.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with customer service experience who enjoy helping people and want to develop a long-term career within financial services!

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling inbound customer enquiries
Supporting customers with savings accounts, ISAs, withdrawals and account updates
Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships
Supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and understanding
Resolving queries and complaints professionally

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous customer service experience
✔ Excellent communication and listening skills
✔ A positive, customer-first approach
✔ Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
✔ A genuine desire to help people
