Non Negotiable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
Recognised Engineering Qualification
Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment
Ability to work Panama Days & Nights
Strong fault-finding skills on production machinery
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
Electrical or Multi-Skilled maintenance background
Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdown maintenance experience
Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
PLC fault-finding experience
Continuous Improvement experience
CMMS experience
Experience within automated manufacturing environments
