The role is fully office based, situated in Clapham and will report to the Guest Experience Manager and Head of Operations.
DUTIES:
* Providing a top tier concierge service to clients.
* Assisting with background administration within the team.
* Communicating preferences and finer details with suppliers.
* Checking customer and supplier invoicing.
* Managing client payments.
* Delivering exceptional customer services at all points of the client booking.
* Managing the email content and information sent to clients.
* Keeping the monthly departures list up to date.
* Creating personalised apps for each booking.
* Sending out checklists for each booking.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent administration and operations experience.
* Knowledge of airline and travel sector preferred but not essential
* Outstanding attention to detail and presentation skills.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Smart, professional and passionate disposition.
* Hands on approach and a willingness to learn.
* Working knowledge of MS Office.
