We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services to our clients in Bristol. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the operational team in day-to-day activities including scheduling, ordering and prioritising workloads
* Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed on time and in line with contractual obligations
* Produce accurate monthly reports to demonstrate contract compliance
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure health and safety standards are met
* Support the Area Manager with staff training, development and performance management
* Collate staff timesheets and submit for monthly payroll processing
* Manage minor staff issues and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
What are we looking for?
* Strong technical skills in hard FM environment
* Experience managing a team of engineers
* Proven experience working to budgets
* Ability to Pass Security Vetting
Desirable criteria:
* Previous M&E experience
* Relevant technical qualifications
* IOSH certificate
* SMSTS qualification
