Great opportunity for an Assistant Client Manager with a background in the Financial Servives Industry. The role main responsibility is to provide support to Client Managers and working to assist them in delivering the expected service levels to Clients. A fantastic opportunity where you will be trained and developed to become a Client Manager.
Duties will include :
* Liaising with Client Managers and Advisors, as appropriate and keeping them up to date with task progress.
* Liaising with provider companies to obtain policy information as appropriate.
* Liaising with Clients to provide updates, as requested.
* Processing Client Letter of Authority (LOA).
* Updating Client file with up-to-date policy information
* Preparing documentation such as Portfolio Reports and Policy Summary sheets, Client Review and Recommendation Reports.
* Preparing and processing Life Insurance quotations and applications
* Updating Client files with relevant documentation, policy details and Client information, and ensuring these are up to date and present.
* Assisting with Monthly Income reconciliation
* Preparation of Client Packs
* Answering phones
