Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Warehouse Supervisor – Permanent Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Worcester, is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation while also working alongside the team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and supporting the warehouse team on a daily basis.
* Loading and unloading deliveries.
* Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.
* Ensuring stock is handled accurately and stored correctly.
* Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
* Monitoring workflow and ensuring productivity targets are met.
* Assisting with goods in/goods out processes.
* Supporting the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations and team performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader position.
* Happy to work in a hands-on role, carrying out warehouse duties alongside supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to motivate a team.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
