This role would suit someone with previous Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Commercial Support experience within the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Provide administrative support to the sales team, processing customer orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
Maintain CRM and sales records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of the commercial function.
Assist with quotations, order tracking, and general sales administration within a busy FMCG environment.
The Person
Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Administration role.
Experience within the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sector.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator with strong IT skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
