I am currently partnering with an international market leader specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of raised access flooring. As their next Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the full commercial lifecycle across prestigious fit out projects, including:
* Procurement of subcontractors and materials
* Pricing and agreeing variations
* Preparing and submitting applications for payment
* Producing monthly CVRs
* Cost reporting and commercial management
* Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
