We're recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a short-term assignment from 20th July to 24th July. If you enjoy working in a structured kitchen environment and like a challenge, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in supporting the kitchen team and delivering high-quality food throughout service.
Managing your own kitchen section and ensuring it runs smoothly
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Organising your mise en place to support an efficient service
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and controlling portion sizes
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a smooth and consistent service
What we're looking for
We're looking for a reliable Chef de Partie who can start immediately and is available for the full duration of the assignment.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role
A valid Basic DBS certificate
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Food Allergen Certificate
Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
Available to work 20th July to 24th July
