Finance Controller

Recruitment Solutions are working with our Client to appoint a Finance Controller. The appoint of an FC reflects the continued growth of our Clients business. Established for over a decade our Client is looking for an ambitious and forward thinking Finance Controller.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE CONTROLLER

* Annual Salary of c £60,000 – £70,000 doe

* 28 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Holidays

The role of the FC will be office based – Monday to Friday – hours are open to negotiation.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED FOR THE FINANCE CONTROLLER

* ACA / ACCA / CIMA – Qualified

* Have held a Senior – FC or Finance Manager role previously

* Experience of Project based Accounting which will include WIP Reporting / Cash Flow Management and Project Accounting.

* Have led and developed a Finance team

As the Finance Controller you will take Daily / Weekly / Monthly control of all aspects of Financial Management / Reporting and Business Partnering. You will immediately review Financial Controls – testing the robust nature and making relevant adjustments. You will implement and maintain accurate Reporting and the provision of Strategic Financial Insights which will support business growth.

The role of the FC is a Senior and Strategic appointment to our Clients business and will report to the Directors of this thriving / fast paced and ambitious Construction and Engineering Group.
