Fleet Administrator
Location: Brentwood
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Fleet Administrator to join our dedicated team in Brentwood. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to colleagues and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities & Criteria
Fleet Administration
Auditing 250 vehicles within the Group
Looking at photos of the vans that are taken by operatives to ensure they are clean and damage free
Looking at mileage to ensure there are no discrepancies
Working with Excel spreadsheets Role Criteria
Fleet administration experience
Administration experience
Microsoft office knowledge
Experience with power BI
Good Customer service skills
Organisational skills
