The Senior Project Manager will focus on programme set-up, governance, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination during the early stages of major projects. This Senior Project Manager role would suit a capable Senior Project Manager who understands structured public sector decision-making and can establish clear reporting, approvals, risks, responsibilities, and delivery controls. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with public authorities, technical consultants, engineers, commercial teams, and delivery partners. Responsibilities will include programme reporting, assurance, change control, procurement support, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining robust project controls throughout the early stages of delivery.
