The school is looking to appoint a full-time Science Teacher to start ASAP. The successful Science Teacher will deliver engaging Science lessons, support students within learning centres on campus, act as a form tutor, monitor academic progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment while promoting independent learning through the school's Self-Directed Learning approach.
The successful Science Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Science or a related subject
Strong subject knowledge with experience delivering the Science curriculum
Confidence using technology, including virtual learning platforms such as Zoom and Canvas
Excellent communication and pastoral skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students
Experience supporting students with SEN is desirable
A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting both academic achievement and student wellbeing
