SHIFT PATTERN
3 week rotating shift pattern (average 40 hours per week)
EXAMPLE
WK 1 Days: Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm
WK 2 Nights: Monday to Wednesday, 8:00pm to 8:00am
WK 3 Split Rotation: Monday and Tuesday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Thursday and Friday,
8:00pm to 8:00am

** Two paid 15 minute breaks, one unpaid 30 minute break per shift.

THE ROLE
As a factory labourer, you will be responsible for supplying production lines with materials, moving finished goods throughout the factory and supporting the smooth day to day operation of the manufacturing process.
Using a manual or powered pallet truck, you will work as part of a busy team to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and Health and Safety.

ESSENTIAL TO APPLY
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment
* Not essential but preferred, experience using a manual or powered pallet (training provided)
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
* A reliable, positive and hardworking approach to work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to work accurately in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
* A flexible approach to working rotating shifts and overtime when required.
* A good understanding of Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues where required.
