Industrial Recruitment Solutions (IRS) is an established recruitment business supplying temporary and contract staff across the manufacturing, engineering, logistics and industrial sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career. Full training will be provided, so previous recruitment experience isn't essential.
The Role
No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing a busy and varied workload while providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into suitable roles.
* Managing temporary workers, daily bookings and client requirements.
* Organising a busy diary, prioritising multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
* Conducting client visits, handling enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of the branch.
About You

* A confident communicator with outstanding people skills.
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Positive, professional and eager to learn.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hours per week), with occasional flexibility to support out-of-hours requirements.
