We are committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care and are seeking an experienced Care Manager to support and lead our growing domiciliary care service.
The Role
We are looking for an organised, motivated, and experienced Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
* Promote compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
* Lead, support, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
* Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, regularly reviewed, and tailored to individual needs.
* Recruit, supervise, mentor, and support care staff.
* Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, and client feedback.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
* Support business growth while maintaining high-quality care standards.
* Participate in the on-call rota where required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, or in a similar leadership role within domiciliary care.
* Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
