The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll become an important part of the school community, supporting teachers and helping pupils to thrive both academically and personally.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting learning in the classroom across a range of subjects.
Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions.
Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement and independence.
Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND.
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.

We're looking for graduates who:

Hold a degree in any subject.
Are considering a future career in education or working with young people.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are patient, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
