Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.15am – 5.00pm and Friday, 8.15am – 12.45pm
Some flexibility can be offered on the working hours; however, the successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering and directing inbound telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
* Responding promptly to emails and general enquiries.
* Assisting with the transfer and input of data into a new CRM system.
* Supporting the team with document management, filing and maintaining accurate records
* Providing general administrative support across the business.
* Undertaking any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous administration experience is essential.
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Able to learn new systems quickly and work confidently with different software.
* Experience using Apple Mac computers would be advantageous, but is not essential
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* A professional and confident telephone manner.
* Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A reliable team player with a proactive approach to work.
