We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for a 1-day assignment in Hereford this Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
Desktop and laptop support
Hardware installation and replacement
Basic troubleshooting of Windows devices
User support and issue resolution
Printer and peripheral setup
General deskside support
Requirements:
Previous desktop support experience
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently onsite
Must be available to work this Wednesday
This is a 1-day contract paying £160 per day (Inside IR35).
