Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Lead a high volume of end-to-end ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
Expert Advisory: Provide robust guidance to managers on complex workplace investigations and sensitive hearings, ensuring full compliance with employment law.
Upskilling & Coaching: Partner with line managers to boost their capabilities in handling team issues, while mentoring a remote HR Advisor.
Data & Insights: Utilise a data-driven approach to track key ER metrics, spot trends, mitigate risk, and recommend continuous improvements.
Compliance: Maintain pristine documentation and stay ahead of changes in employment legislation to implement best-practice HR initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
Proven track record handling high-volume, complex ER cases from start to finish.
Deep knowledge of current UK employment law and HR best practices.
Strong coaching skills with experience mentoring junior HR staff and advising senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.
Analytical mindset comfortable using data to drive decisions and generate reports.
