Maths Teacher - Wellingborough - Inspire the Next Generation of Learners
Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wellingborough seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher or ECT who is passionate about mathematics and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable applicants. You will be joining a supportive department that is committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and inspire students.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and department.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and attendance.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
Excellent classroom management skills.
The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
