Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Contractor on a major high-rise development in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship project with an ongoing freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all internal fit-out works to programme.

* Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of internal packages.

* Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.

* Work closely with M&E teams to ensure seamless integration of services throughout the internal works.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Internals Site Manager on high-rise projects.

* Strong M&E coordination experience is essential.

* Previous experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor is highly desirable.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.

* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
