Comprehensive refurbishment of a 12-storey, 25,000m² office building
Full MEP replacement, new glazing and curtain walling
High-specification entrance lobby and CAT A office fit-out
Targeting BREEAM Excellent certification
Providing design management support across the façade and glazing packages
What they're looking for
Design Manager from a main contractor background
Experience delivering commercial refurbishment
Strong technical understanding of façade, glazing or external envelope packages
Experience managing consultant teams and driving technical delivery
Knowledge of Gateway processes would be advantageous
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
