Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Surrey or Kent office base, with site attendance and WFH flexibility
Salary & Package: £60,000 + company car, 25 days holiday, laptop & phone

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial air conditioning projects typically ranging from £300k–£500k in value. Projects will primarily involve VRV/VRF systems, splits and multi-splits across a variety of commercial environments.

This role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional who can manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high technical standard.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery from handover to completion.
Manage commercial HVAC installations including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems.
Develop and maintain project programmes, labour plans and procurement schedules.
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs, variations and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Lead site meetings and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Oversee commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Experience & Skills Required

Proven experience managing commercial HVAC installation projects.
Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
SMSTS/SSSTS and relevant health & safety knowledge desirable.
Full UK driving licence.
