Technical Business Analyst

If so, we’re looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Blackburn with support to sites.
The role
Due to Vital Energi's continued growth, we require a Technical Business Analyst to assist with our project demands/ workload.
This role involves collaborating with departments and the IT Development team to show clear improvements in productivity in all areas of the business
The suitable candidate will be expected to possess strong motivational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative. This role would suit a person who wishes to develop their existing skills and make their mark in an expanding and invigorating organization.
The Company
Vital Energi is a leading provider of renewable energy infrastructure and systems to the public and private sectors. We are supporting Hospitals, Universities, New Build developments, Towns and Cities as well as Industrial and Commercial clients to decarbonise their buildings.
We have and continue to work on ground-breaking projects throughout the UK which are supporting the UK’s Net Zero targets, such as the recently announced £1 billion low-carbon infrastructure project for Westminster.

A few key responsibilities
* Building relationships with departments, gain a deep understand their day-to-day processes and pain points
* Identifying quick wins in existing processes / systems
* Work with business system lead on transformational projects
* Subject Matter Expert of department specific business systems
* Documenting a projects business and technical requirements
* Undertake proactive system reviews with vendors
* Gathering requirements and acceptance criteria from management and end users
* Manage system upgrades
Education & Experience:
* At least 5 years’ experience in designing, supporting and implementing business systems
* Project Management
* Full UK Driving License
Knowledge:
* Experience with Business System Development
* Knowledge of systems architecture and design
* Good Experience in Works Management Systems
* Experience in Microsoft Power platforms.
* Experience in BPMN (Business Process Management Notation)
* Business Change & Transformation Management
* Operational Service Management
* Stakeholder Management
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
* Work Management Systems (Ideally a good knowledge in Service Management CAFM Systems)
