Role Overview
CareerMakers Recruitment is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join a busy production team in the Stockport area. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out packing operations in line with production targets for quality, quantity, and efficiency.

Pack products into the correct packaging according to specifications.
*
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*
Keep workstations and production areas clean, organised, and safe.
*
Report any faults, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
*
Comply with all health and safety procedures and company policies.
*
Consistently adhere to company procedures and quality standards.
*
Complete work cards and all required documentation accurately and legibly.
*
Maximise operational efficiency across production machinery and equipment.
*
Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and within required timescales.
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
*
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
*
Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
*
Flexibility to work the required shift pattern.
*
Own transport is preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
6:00 am – 6:00 pm
