At Lucion Survey, we're looking for a Measured Building Surveyor to join our team in Stroud. You'll work on a diverse range of projects using the latest surveying technology, producing high-quality measured building surveys that clients can trust.

What You'll Be Doing

* Delivering accurate measured building surveys across a variety of commercial, residential and public sector projects

* Using laser scanners, total stations, GNSS/GPS and other modern surveying equipment

* Producing high-quality survey outputs including floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans and as-built drawings

* Processing survey data and creating accurate CAD deliverables

* Working closely with clients and project teams to ensure surveys are delivered on time and to the highest standard

* Maintaining excellent standards of health & safety, quality and technical accuracy

What You'll Bring

* Experience as a Measured Building Surveyor

* Confidence using laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS equipment

* Experience producing accurate CAD drawings from survey data

* Strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence
