Looking for a Class 2 Driving Role with Long-Term Career Prospects?

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver (Category C) to join a leading logistics and transport company based in Rochester, Kent. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified drivers looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and growing business.

Working as part of a two-person delivery crew, you will complete multi-drop deliveries and collections while providing outstanding customer service. Full training will be given, including product handling and installation support.

What You'll Be Doing

Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections across customer locations.
Working alongside a driver's mate as part of a professional two-person team.
Delivering and installing specialist products safely and efficiently.
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
Using handheld scanners and completing delivery paperwork accurately.
Ensuring compliance with Driver Hours, Tachograph and Road Safety regulations.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional company image.

What We're Looking For

Valid Class 2 / Category C HGV Licence.
Current Driver CPC Qualification Card.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Newly qualified drivers will be considered.
No more than 6 penalty points.
No DD, DR, CD or IN endorsements.
Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude.
