The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will travel to customer sites across Norfolk & Suffolk to install, service and maintain a wide range of commercial & residential air conditioning & ASHP systems.
Key Responsibilities for the AC Installation Engineer:
* Install and maintain air conditioning and ASHP equipment.
* Complete all required documentation, including job sheets, maintenance reports and timesheets.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
* Provide feedback to management on completed works and any customer requirements.
* Support and encourage the development of junior engineers where appropriate.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience working on air conditioning or ASHP systems. (not applicable to trainee roles)
* FGAS Category 1 Certification. (not applicable to trainee roles)
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive, proactive attitude with pride in delivering high-quality work.
